   Fascinating look at what the best CEO’s think and do
The stories from the best CEOs of the last two decades are my favorite part of CEO excellence. It really feels like you're stepping into a class. The idea of creating a "to be" list with your to do list is my favorite way to show up as a leader. Anyone in a leadership role should read it. There are lessons for everyone regardless of what you do.

   One of best business books I've ever read
Excellent for any leader not just CEOs, the business book is definitely better than the high output management book.

The authors, all McKinsey senior partners, conducted detailed interviews with a sample of high-performing CEOs and then wrote a book that is applicable to anyone in the C-suite or aspiring to get there. I am biased but it is due to my close involvement with the authors and how this book came to be. I hope you get as much out of it as I did.
