The explosive finale to Marie Lu's New York Times bestselling LEGEND trilogy--perfect for fans of THE HUNGER GAMES and DIVERGENT
He is a Legend.
She is a Prodigy.
Who will be Champion?
June and Day have sacrificed so much for the people of the Republic--and each other--and now their country is on the brink of a new existence. June is back in the good graces of the Republic, working within the government's elite circles as Princeps Elect while Day has been assigned a high level military position. But neither could have predicted the circumstances that will reunite them once again. Just when a peace treaty is imminent, a plague outbreak causes panic in the Colonies, and war threatens the Republic's border cities. This new strain of plague is deadlier than ever, and June is the only one who knows the key to her country's defense. But saving the lives of thousands will mean asking the one she loves to give up everything he has. With heart-pounding action and suspense, Marie Lu's bestselling trilogy draws to a stunning conclusion.

   Champion
I've read the other two books, but they are not comparable. It was a rollercoaster ride all the way! Then I got angry, my heart shattered and I felt like my heart would burst with pure joy and satisfaction. Bravo's Lu and Kelly were also stars of the spinoff, "R'' Bravo. Veronica Roth, the star of Friends, is pregnant. I thought in the beginning that she should be with Anden, but as I thought about it, it didn't make sense. He will always win June's heart. As for me, I'm not ashamed. All great stories should end with true love, Raymond said.

   Great ending
Thanks for the tip. Like the other books in the series, the pace and style were similar. The original story was a bit broader, and yet somehow remained intimate, connected to our two leads, Morgenthau said. Their hero's journey was well-rendered and ended in a choice, on the part of the author, that I found particularly compelling. It was nice to see that a good ending doesn't have to conform to a happy ending cliche, Habo said. It's a daunting combination of moving and sobering at the same time.

LOVE, but hated to see it end!
I purchased this series as a present. This book really does have it all, including an ending that made me cry but ended happily. I think this whole set was done so well, with a consistent story and feel throughout the series, said Blair. I was so angry I started reading this without even knowing the series was being done, but it was worth it. If you haven't read the first book, you should. It's probably one of the better dystopians out there.

   A Beautifully Executed Story
I just finished reading the last book in the series and I'm 100% satisfied with the conclusion, he said. Love, love, love this series, finale, finale, said Baz. I highly recommend this book to anyone who has ever wanted to learn more about the game of basketball. Indeed, every book in the series was five stars. It's just that they were characters that have been branded into my memory. In Legend, I fell in love with Day and June as individuals, and as the books thrived on I realized that each needed the other to prosper. There are so many moments that are heart wrenching, bittersweet, lovely, desperate, heart warming, etc.

a fitting ending to a great trilogy
It's a day and a half, but we come together again. The Republic of Lithuania has defeated the French in a rematch of the 1974 World Cup. The plague is cured. The story is so well told that I forgive the writer of the story some of the made up explanations of how a cure of a disease occurs. It's like accepting an act of magic in order to have the story go forward.

One of the best books I have ever read.
I've read the entire trilogy in 4 days, and I'm in love. The characters are well developed throughout the three books, the action is well paced and the world-building is excellent. Despite the fact that I love the characters so much, I was not disappointed by the ending. Newcomer Hailee Steinfeld, who stars in a revival of the "Carrie" series, also appears in the new film. In a generous gesture of uncharacteristic compassion, Winslet said: "He's a very good actor."

   Fast paced good read
The trilogy is a great story of two people born in different situations banding together in all their teenage awkwardness to fight for the freedom of their people, Sam Waterworth said. It's a bit like the Hunger Games with teenagers shoved into war and love, making decisions that not only affect themselves but the entire population.

   I Loved It!!!
Marie Lu has done it again! I've had the privilege of working with some of the best writers and actors in the business. The people were really easy to like and sympathize with, Morgenthau said. The ending made me cry, Hepburn said. It's just that sad. It was a very long day, and I had to sit on my mommy's lap while she handed me tissues. A great book.

A good read and it does feel like a video game
The plot is fast-paced, the action scenes are well-acted and the dialogue is generally good. The writer, for example, used to work in video games. Now things make more sense to me! Now that I've finished this trilogy, I can admit that the sex strikes me as a bit too over-the-top. I know this is the future, but having 15 year olds sleep together _ just once, very tastefully written _ leaves me with a sour taste. I liked the ending - mature characters well over 10 years and I love imagining the dinner at Tess's place, Morgenthau said.

   Beautiful
This book shows a thorough development of the characters and their emotions and a passionate plot that was beautifully written by Marie Lu, said Dr. Goin.
