NEW YORK TIMES BESTSELER
From the celebrated author of Inward comes a new collection of poetry and short prose focused on understanding how past wounds impact our present relationships. In Clarity & Connection, Yung Pueblo describes how intense emotions accumulate in our subconscious and condition us to act and react in certain ways. In his characteristically spare, poetic style, he guides readers through the excavation and release of the past that is required for growth. To be read on its own or as a complement to Inward, Yung Pueblo's second work is a powerful resource for those invested in the work of personal transformation, building self-awareness, and deepening their connection with others. It takes about 4 Hours and 19 minutes on average for a reader to read Clarity & Connection. This is based on the average reading speed of 250 Words per minute.
Clarity & Connection is 256 pages long.
Amazing book full of great ideas and insights!

I don't normally write reviews, but I would feel bad if I didn't, because of the amazing book and resource called Clarity and Connection. The last year and half has been very tough for me, as it has been for most of us, and the poems in this book and on his social media have given me a lot of peace for processing my thoughts. Not every poem hits directly for me, and sometimes the long ones drag on, but there is more often than not something important to take away from every couple of pages. I've been slowly reading it through to digest the poetry, and will return to it often. I would recommend anyone and everyone for themselves or as a gift.

Not impressed

I think this is a book of someone writing what they want to hear, not someone with life experience and wisdom to share. Nice ideas, but not much substance.

When I was going through a difficult time in my life, I found Yung Pueblo. I was healing old traumas and becoming a better version of myself. His first book was Inward. I used it for meditation. It was very significant. Several friends received this book. He had another book and I ordered it for my girlfriend and me immediately. I am learning a lot again. I now carry it everywhere. At every stage of lifehealingawareness, these books are for everyone.

The words of Yung Pueblo are soul medicine! I own "Inward" and it has changed my life. I knew I had to buy this book as well. This is a very important book. If you are new to healing or a veteran, this book will be a catalyst. It is a text book with words of transformation and an evolution portal. I can not express my gratitude enough. I don't have any words. It is like no other work. Make the investment and do yourself a favor!
