Like many children in this video game era, it takes a lot of attention to keep his attention, and the Eerie Elementary series seems to do the trick.

Both my sons love this series
Derived From Web , Mar 16, 2018
My 7 year old snatches the book as soon as it arrives, and devours it. They are scary stories, but not too scary for its target age group. It is more mystery than horror. Has lots of pictures -- a good transition from picture books to chapter books.

Another fun read from Eerie Elementary
Derived From Web , Jan 10, 2018
We continue to love this series of the books. For my boys, fun reads and always has a little sennitis, fright and humor in them. The kids are smart and resourceful and keep the old man Orson from destroying the school.

Son loves this author!
Derived From Web , Dec 14, 2017
Bought this and all the other books in this series for my son as Christmas presents. He has never read them, but loves other books by this author. My son is 8 years old and is in the 3rd grade. He loves the books, but says that they are a little below his reading level. He likes to read them between the harder books as a break... Love this author and none of his books ever disappointed.
