Americans have always loved their cars -- and at no other time in automotive history were they more appreciated and enjoyed than during the postwar 1950s. People clamored for new cars, and auto manufacturers obliged with designs that conveyed power and Jet-Age styling.
Illustrator Bruce LaFontaine portrays the exciting cars of this period in a collection spotlighting the sleek 1950 Mercury two-door sedan; a luxurious 1952 Cadillac four-door sedan; a 1953 Buick Skylark convertible with chrome wire wheels; and the rocket-nosed 1954 Studebaker Starliner two-door coupe; as well as the following: 1955 Pontiac Starchief convertible; 1955 Mercury Montclair hardtop; 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air hardtop; 1957 Corvette convertible; 1957 Lincoln Continental Mark I; 1958 Chevrolet Impala convertible; 1958 Ford Edsel sedan; 1959 Buick Electra 225 convertible; and 18 other impressive, ready-to-color models.
Attractively rendered in precise detail, these handsome images will thrill coloring book fans and car lovers alike.

It was nice that the cars came with derailed descriptions about them ...

For my husband, I bought this coloring book. I was looking forward to giving it to him to relax and unwind in the evenings when he got home from work. It was nice that the cars came with detailed descriptions about them and the pages are very derailed. When they are colored, they look so real. Thanks! '' I recommend this coloring book definitely!

Good Quality Perfect Present for the Young at Heart
Derived From Web , Sep 13, 2020
I bought this as a present for my father in law to complete my two-year-old daughter as he is into old cars. I have, however, gone to my in-laws house and found that some pages are completed without my daughter being there, so I don 't know who my daughter or my father in law is having more fun. Good pictures of good quality.

Nice quality coloring book and history of the cars

Book of colors is nice. Paper of high quality was used. It has 16 double sides. For those car buffs, Neat's coloring book is ideal. It is, also, inexpensive.

Gift for Dad
Derived From Web , Jul 8, 2020
My father is 76 and hits every old car show he can. He is now retired without a lot of hobbies. Thought I would give him this in hopes of giving him something to do. Everybody has been working and daily in it. He talks about each car and walks down memory lane fondly. A great book for any antique car enthusiast.

Perfect Gift for a Classic Car Fan
Derived From Web , Jul 8, 2020
The older gentleman I adored wanted to get one of the other caregivers a birthday present, he knew that she loved adult coloring books as she often did during her shifts, but he had a hitch, he wanted her to color classic cars because he loves them. When I showed him this coloring book, he was sold and the caregiver fell in love with the book so she bought more markers so that she would color them perfectly.

Nice illustrations with good descriptions beneath each one

I was hoping that I could convince my 86 year old father to color in this senior coloring book, but he has enjoyed looking at all the pictures and reading the descriptions underneath probably just as much. It has good illustrations and nice descriptions. I would purchase from this seller again.

The detail and realism are really appealing
Derived From Web , Jul 26, 2019
I have had a hard time converting my 10 year old son into a color. This book finally inspired him to pick up some colored pencils and sit for long stretches of time coloring. The details and realism are really appealing.

If you like classic cars, Good Images but has both sides printed on pages.
Derived From Web , Feb 2, 2019
Images of cars a little smal and busy background can be good or not depending on the person, but historically appropriate year. Don 't like that the pages are printed on both sides.
