   I have bought this book for many many people
This book has changed my life. I know that seems like a huge overstatement, but seriously. It helped me identify a gluten intollerance, cleansed my toxins and helped reset my whole metabolism. I am now 47 pounds thinner, in great shape, and have the blood work of someone half my age. Since then, I have bought this in quantity and have given it to anyone willing to read it. I also created a cleanse cliffnote based on this book to give to others who don 't want to read the book, but want to do the cleanse just. Frankly speaking, the book isn 't very well written from a writer's perspective, but this isn 't a novel. It is a self-help book... Don 't expect a great American author out of a cardiologist and you won 't be disappointed. THe point of the book is to get clean and stay healthy. Buy it now! It is read by : Do it! Amazing results have been achieved.

   The best gift you could give yourself!!!
I'm clean now on the third day, and could not be more excited about this program. I've already begun noticing a difference in my skin and woke up without an alarm twenty minutes earlier than my alarm would have gone off. Proof to me that my body gets more in this short time than it needs, I have been into cleansing detox diets and eaten a high raw diet, but I am thrilled to have discovered a program that provides the best foundation I have found for the healthiest diet yet. This program is much easier to take than any other cleanse I have tried. Still eating delicious foods, still walking and doing circuit training and already feel that I have more energy and clarity of thought. At the same time, you can clean, rehydrate and rebuild your body, and Dr Junger found the way! The essence of a great health is the core of the well being.

I am so happy to find a program that I can live with every day. I am in the middle of my first cleanse for 3 weeks and already feel more energetic. With the understanding of how it works, it is already changing how I think about good health. The plan is written to allow you to customize your own lifestyle, so it will fit with any lifestyle.

This book is the most cohesive nutrition - based book I have ever read. I'd like him to develop a program specifically for assisted living facilities, so that diets could improve among the aging.

   easy to follow
Great, easy-to-follow, safe cleanse program for the novice. If you're ready and motivated for a body cleanse, it's a much gentler program than most cleanses and can be followed by folks busy with workoutslife. We both lost over 10 lbs and feel great. The IBS symptoms have disappeared, the skin is clear and glowing. We plan on following most of the dietary guidelines and meals, with some leeway for going out on weekends. The 3 weeks will probably be completed on a semi-annual basis.

If you want to feel better about how your body works, to read faster and realize your target weight, then see this book by a renowned cardiologist. Makes sense with logical recipes and easy explanations.

To learn MORE about how our compromised food supply is damaging our health tremendously! READ carefully and do not plan to start when you receive the book. To start this diet effectively, you will need to purchase large ticket items. You will need a juicer and a blender, which has brought me into the world of research, but I enjoy this kind of thing. I started a cleanse that is similar, but does not include the liquid meal 2xday until I can afford to purchase these items. The book was loose and the first batch of pages was unglued to the back, so I had to be careful not to lose pages. This cleanse resonates with me, makes sense based on all the reading I have been doing. There is an on-community for anyone who wants to join.

I read this book and began the program for clean two weeks ago. There are some upfront costs if you are exactly following the program, purchasing supplements and supplements, but it is very worth it. After only two weeks, I feel much healthier. It also started my weight loss jump. I have more energy and motivation. The beginning of this book is the most informative. It first relates to what a poor diet can reflect on your overall health. The food he recommends is a little unrealistic in everyday use. But, this is a great incitement and help to those who really want to take control of their health. I've really recommended it!
