Great little book

The drawings are not as detailed and busy as the majority of Adult coloring books that I' ve looked at. It's a relief not to have to spend 2 hours coloring one flower because of all the curlicues and filigrees, because the drawings are not as basic as those found in a child's coloring book. Mcardle's artwork is very nice, the pictures are a nice size, and it's smaller than the usual coloring book.

This is a small book and not a large one. I missed that. But it does work. I have it in my purse. I own another book that I love and have it mixed up with this one. I still give it a thumbs up, despite the wrong book size.

I liked the pictures and the vibe. The coloring book size was the only thing I didn't like. I was expecting it to be the same size as most of my other coloring books but it's small enough to carry in a handbag if you want to.

The coloring book is small, about 5 x 8 and the images do not cover the page, just a small portion of the center of the page. They look like they have been reduced in the printing process to fit on the page as the proportions look off on some of the designs. It's hard to see the pale lines in my copy. The pages don't lie flat for coloring. Even if you break the spine, it's not perfect. It's a matter of personal taste, I didn't like all the pictures. Some of them were appealing to me, the rest were just meh. There's a quote on the back of the paper, and the pictures are on one side. It's hard to read if you don't have grat vision.

I love all the coloring books that Thaneeya does. Her pictures are fun to color. If you' re waiting in the doctor's office, this is a great coloring book to keep in your purse. Or while you are traveling. I can take it anywhere!
