   Stands the test of time
Years ago, I should have written a review for this book. I read it back before it came out in 2008 and I preordered it twice. Since then, all the principles in it are still valid, with all changes that occurred since the real estate meltdown a decade ago. Of course, they do leave things out there, since the subject is very complicated, but if you are starting a career that involves anything to do with commercial real estate, read this first before any other book out there.

I like to follow Peter on Youtube and he does such a great job on explaining the process of commercial deals. What an excellent job of walking you through the process on YouTube and in his book. He has given his knowledge for free, but I wanted to support his efforts, because that is the least I could do. Mr. Harris, thank you for all you do!
