Great for Beginners
Derived From Web , Oct 19, 2021
I ordered this book because I am in school taking the course to get my A+ certification, but I prefer books, and the school provides PDF and download contents, but I prefer books. If you have a book in a PDF or online format, it's worth considering.

Awesome for studying!
Derived From Web , Sep 23, 2021
This book is great. It may not be in order of objectives, but Mike puts it in an order where it becomes easier to comprehend. It is brought down to human terms. It's a lot of material, but it's easy to understand and a great supplement to other study materials.

A good study guide. I purchased the author's online training as well, but I am a book worm, so I bought this. The answers are in the next page.

Received as Expected

I was able to use the key in the book to log on to the study site after I received the book. I'm working through it slowly, but surely. Good luck to everyone who is working towards the cert!

Big book and lots of crucial information for the clueless!
Derived From Web , Dec 15, 2019
It's a lot of information and I'm new. It seems to be a great guide for studying. I had a smudge on the page and one corner that was bent. It was there, but not too bad.

I would go elsewhere
Derived From Web , Jul 2, 2019
This rating has nothing to do with whether or not I passed the exam or not. This book will make of your time, relative to another reputed source. The author is bad at codifying information, and it gets very old. He is defining terms after employing them. He likes to make a list of terms and then define them in the order he created. There's an instance in which he gives a definition, but two pages later he gives a different definition of the same term. It all adds up to make completely dry information harder to memorize, and a huge waste of time addressing other sources for clarification. I don't like it very much and find it counter productive.
