   Loved the book
My nephew, who has a passion for construction sites, wants the books. He said: "I was thrilled to get the book on Christmas Eve.

   Sweet and beautiful
The whole thing is a travesty, even though the creator did a great job with the illustration. One of my all time favorite series. The story is also perfect for Christmas cards.

   Love it
Television images could not be loaded. It's great to see the little one love it. It's a pretty big book. It's great to hear so many good things about it.

   Sweet story, all male pronouns
This story is as sweet as the original, but my complaint is that the writer used all male pronouns. It sounds like a great story, I just wish it had been written that way.

   Perfect for little kids!
This is a very cute book, Simon says. We love the rhyming on every page, Margaret! Bought this for my 4 yr old son and 2 yr old daughter to share this Holiday. The story line does not include any reference to Santa Claus nor did it include any of his helpers. Its just about the giving, Diana said.

   Like the other books
We also have a book, "Good Night, Good Night Construction," by Robert Hein. The pictures are very similar, the source said. My only complaint is that I wish it would've been a little bit brighter on the Christmas tree because the pictures are not very bright. My grandson does not love anything construction so much that he has a problem with it. Buy two get one free. If I had got a discount, I don't know whether I would have paid full price. It's a big book, so it will last.

   Excellent illustrations, good overall
The bulldozer gets a new blade, the excavator has a new scoop, and the cement mixer has a new mixing drum. In the end they are building a fire house for the fire trucks to sleep in, although my twins always point out the hard-working construction vehicles that built the fire house still have to sleep out in the snow. The new cement mixer looks great, the illustrations are great and the candy cane styling on the new cement mixing drum is cute, too. I have edited this review and bumped it up to 4 as both of my twin four-year-olds, and we will definitely keep it around for next year.

   Great buy!
It's just that they added fire trucks and a station. The two samples were slightly different, but the cadence stayed the same. Great buy, said Dr. Brian DeVries, director of the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Good, but not as good as Mighty Mighty or Goodnight Construction Site
Overall, I feel like the new kid on the block has a lot more potential, but the old guard still sounds good. Mighty Construction Site feels like the strongest of the series from our son's reaction. It's still fine for a Christmas-themed construction.

   LOVE all of this series!!!
It's how much not only my almost-2-year-old son loves these books, but our whole family! We have the board book of Good Night, Good Night Construction Site, the hardback Mighty Construction Site, the way-too-cute stuffed Excavator, and now this! It's as if the writer had never read a book. Each construction vehicle finds a unique present just for them that makes their Christmas very special after working so hard to get a new home for the fire trucks built by Christmas Eve, he said. A great deal of customer service, especially regarding refunds. This book is very well done, and I'm thrilled to have an illustrator and writer on my team.
