   Lard is the New Black
I think this book should be re- released because evidence is emerging that saturated fats are not life shortening. It is fun to read. It's important that the recipes are healthier than the ones with a bunch of oils. Gentlemen, thank you for reading!

   I am sure there are better out there
I thought I would like this cookbook a bit more, but it is not. You might be able to find better cooking for this type of cooking.

   Cooking with Lard
If you' ve ever used Lard, this is an excellent cookbook that will bring back good memories. Everything is true It is the only way to grow up. Can imagine myself carrying water to clean hogs when I was small. I can remember mama cooking that way.
