Book Overview

COVID-19: The Great Reset is a guide for anyone who wants to understand how COVID-19 disrupted our social and economic systems, and what changes will be needed to create a more inclusive, resilient and sustainable world going forward. Klaus Schwab, founder and executive Chairman of the World Economic Forum, and Thierry Malleret, founder of the Monthly Barometer, explore what the root causes of these crisis were, and why they lead to a need for a Great Reset.Theirs is a worrying, yet hopeful analysis. COVID-19 has created a great disruptive reset of our global social, economic, and political systems. But the power of human beings lies in being foresighted and having the ingenuity, at least to a certain extent, to take their destiny into their hands and to plan for a better future. This is the purpose of this book: to shake up and to show the deficiencies which were manifest in our global system, even before COVID broke out.Erudite, thought-provoking and plausible -- Hans van Leeuwen, Australian Financial Review (Australia)The book looks ahead to what the post-coronavirus world could look like barely four months after the outbreak was first declared a pandemic -- Sam Meredith, CNBC (USA) The message that the pandemic is not only a crisis of enormous proportions, but that it also provides an opportunity for humanity to reflect on how it can do things differently, is important Read More chevron_right

   Fantastic!
I read the book at my house while I was in Vermont. I stayed until there was a vaccine available. I'm on my fifth booster shot. I think the billionaire class should decide what the new normal should be because they can't be trusted to make sound economic and political decisions for themselves. Since vax mandates for children, this is the greatest thing.

   Pseudo intellectual tyrants
I recommend everyone read this book, research the individuals and organizations attached to it, and check to see how much of society is affected by it. They are the enemies of humankind. They are causing the problems. They are the problem.

Scary this is unfolding in our time..
The World Economic Forum is pushing the NWO along with the help of the UN, WHO, CDC, Bill Gates and the Deepstate. It is time to wake up. We've been lied to all our lives.

This book is IN FAVOR of the 'great reset'...
The movement and ideology to depopulate the earth by doing away with the people who live on it is in this book.

   Shockingly banal
I was hoping to learn more about the plans for world domination, but I only got a lousy book.

   Plague with Euro-Ethnic Elitism
The relativist approach to postulate a global order that would not be oppressive is not enough for the two men. Their writing supports the establishment of European ideals into global governance and shows prejudice towards European way of life. The basis of the book is to argue that covid-19 is an opportunity to make that ideal a reality, which is a key strategy of fear-mongering demagogues.

   Needlessly complicated
If they had explained everything in a clear way, this book would have been shorter. The author tried to sound smart, but he made it too complicated and wordy. It is so dry and boring that I can not stand to read more than 10 pages at a time, which is saying something considering how much I enjoy reading. I have read a lot of books but have not considered using them as kindling. You can save money and find the cliff notes online.

They deleted my first 2 star review....
I wrote a review for Klaus's work, but it was deleted. The WEF cronies in high places are censoring bad reviews. Klaus speculates, pontificates, then defecates on humanity with his utopian vision to save the planet. You will be given everything, own nothing, and have no religion. And you will be happy and we will have peace. Lmao.

Schwab outlines plan to use COVID-19 as an excuse for global governance
This makes you think about the reasoning behind some of the responses to the overblown virus.

   Propaganda
This is a piece of garbage. It is anti free market. It is not worth a single penny. Soon, it will be kindling. It is nauseating. A red cover is what it should have. It tries to make the reader think.
