   Kid friendly comic
My 5 year old found Cuphead and became so infatuated with it that she would not leave it alone. I'd say it was a hit.

   Completely recommended!!
Great job, said Dr. Goin. Whether you are a fan or not, I recommend this book. The 30's style is simply beautiful and the stories that come out of it are truly fun, too.

   Family friendly
The content is great, said Gammerman. I am very happy this is a comic book our whole family can share.

Nice, but problems in layout and design.
The illustrations are wonderful, Mr. D'Antonio said. The illusionist's Web site says the design is not based on actual figures. This is smaller than a standard comic book and there are too many panels to fit on a page. The pages are too crowded and the chat rooms are too busy to properly organise. The remaining drawings are so small that they are virtually illegible. Yes, I agree. You can color images without the glossy pages. For those who enjoy Cuphead, it is enjoyable. I hope they can remedy the above mentioned problems.

The only redeemable thing is the fabulous drawing
Somebody said there was not a whole lot of substance here, just a punch of vintage animation inspired short stories, he said. I agree with him, but I feel a little cheated. Spoiler alert: The comic book don't have sense. It's great to have a character who hasn't officially debuted and we don't know anything about her, how she arrived to cuphead's world. She appears simply as Poochie and the devil only appears on the cover, ah and in how drawing your character would look.

   My kid loved it
Got this for 7 years old after he finished the game on regular mode, and we read it together from beginning to end.

A fun edition to the expanding Cuphead Universe.
It was a blast, said Blair, "My kids and I really enjoyed this nugget of Cuphead fantasy." It sticks well with the source material and has that Cuphead feels we're all starting to know and love each other again and again.
