The way these problems are presented made her feel like she wasn't doing any work
Derived From Web , May 26, 2022
My daughter has really badly sliding and we needed to get her back to speed up her last fall. The way these problems are presented makes her feel like she is not doing any work. We would have her do a week of work in one sitting. I have ordered a few of these series for the summer now to prevent the loss of knowledge for the next grade.

Great Format!
Derived From Web , May 26, 2022
What a clever way to keep up with skills, yet make it something that isn 't arduous or too time-consuming. We did one or two in the morning before the activities started rolling! Loved the format and the last problem for the day was a story problem. The Friday ones were actually something to look forward to because they were different! Made reviewing and at least trying to keep skills learned from being too stale! Recommend!

Way too easy for 3rd grade!
Derived From Web , May 26, 2022
This is more at the level of the late first grade or the early second grade, at least until week 30 or so in the book. I guess it is a good reinforcement of the basics, but I was hoping that daily practice would match the daily lessons a little better.

Great Resource
Derived From Web , May 26, 2022
I already use the Daily Language Review with my 3rd graders and felt that incorporating math into their morning work would be a great addition. Every week I copy those weeks of lessons and the kids work on a small basis each day. I prefer to check each individual's work so that I know what is understood and what needs more work. The type is big and easy to follow and includes many items from review while also introducing new concepts in simple forms. I highly recommend this book to any library of teachers - librarians.

Great book for reviewing important math skills
Derived From Web , Aug 28, 2020
Evan-Moor I love. This is not like the average book of practice. This book systematically reviews the important math skills for the third grade.

Good book but not quite what we needed
Derived From Web , Jan 1, 2020
I wanted for my homeschool child, math averse, minimal problems per day. I stink, however, at teaching math. I needed something with a little more direction. If you are good at math, this book will be great. If you are not and using this just for additional practice, it might not be quite what you need.

I purchased them so that they would have something to do during the summer and still continue to work in them even during the school year.
