Based on the assumption that there are takers and makers in the world, and the makers are hard pressed by progressive taxation, regulations, public education costs, EEO laws etc. which affect their libertarian plans because of the majority rule of the takers. This necessitates subterfuge, voter suppression, intellectual lies, etc., very successfully sponsored by the Koch billionaires for the last 40 years. After each chapter, the stench had to take a break to let the dissipation begin.

If we are all aware, we may be headed towards a total oligarchy if Koch and the Libertarians have done the job they have been working on for many years, using billions of Koch's dollars to finance it. Then they took over the Republican Party. They intend to establish a class of themselves who will unlock us all with no key to control what controls they locked into our Constitution. This special list of lawyers, whom the President looks for his nomination for SCOTUS, has been cultivated by this group.
