   I bought this for a class
On arrival, it was clean and nice. Online, it is considerably cheaper than other retailers. There was a sticky substance stuck to the side of the pages, it left a small oily stain when I removed it, no big deal.

   Not a lot of "book" here
Here there isn 't really a text - just a lot of buzzwords, pithy quotes and pretty pictures. Here there is not much to learn. It is a coffee table book, not a real educational text.

   Looks nice, lacks substance
This is more of a visual overview than a book, something you would set in a conference room for a client to flip through. The small amount of content is very cranked and includes quotes, opinions and lists rather than actual information.

I didn 't know that you could make a coffee table book for communications professionals. Turns out that you can. This is essentially a 324 - page infographic. All the meat seems to be missing.
