The only way to review a book of Mad Libs
The book of dog Mad Libs is amazing. There are so many funny stories inside. What a great purchase. I couldn't find the right word to describe it. Just be sure to share it with your friends, or they will be jealous and stop inviting you to their gun range. The stories inside are hilarious. What a purchase by DELINQUENT. I couldn't continue to ruin it more. If you don't share it with your friends, they will get jealous and stop inviting you to their Little Friends.
For some reason, these just aren't that funny
We've had a lot of fun playing with the silly outcomes of mad-libs, and the kids really like them. This book is not that funny, no matter how random or silly we get with the substituted words. There are gaps in good mad-libs templates where it is plausible that you can replace the word. It feels like in this book, you kind of know what you should say, and it spoils the fun.
   Hilarious teaching tool
I use these mad libs as an enjoyable tie-in activity for my 6 year old twin boys, who are home schooled. They are hilarious, and have helped them remember the basics of speech. My kids love to read the finished mad libs to their siblings and other family members. There were a few pages that contained references that younger children might not understand, but everything is explained. I would recommend them to anyone, especially dog lovers. They are fun.
   the kids like it.
The kids get a kick out of it, it also reinforces those darn grammar terms they need to know in a fun way, Noun, pronoun, proper noun, verb, adverb, adjective, also gives a good description of each term. Learning is fun, you don't have to know what a word is, you can come up with your own.
Not as good as when I was younger.
It may be for older children. Older children may not like this because there are so many other options. At that age, they don't know a word. It was written poorly to accept the words we put in the blanks. She was confused after 3 pages. I bought one for a 9 year old girl as a gift and she didn't like it.
   Great for childlike memories.
I got this for my husband. It is expected that he finished it fast. Came in good condition.
Want your kids to learn English Grammar?
The twins are in their 30s. We would take car trips and they were doing Mad Libs. We would all participate. We would laugh uproariously at the silly and ridiculous stories they made up. We believe that they would become excellent at English language skills thanks to Mad Libs. Someone could come up with a fun way to learn math. ..
   Great Stocking Stuffer!
The media couldn't be loaded. I remember these being a hit when I was a kid, so I jumped at the chance to get another style for my sons as a stocking stuffer! They are 10 and 7 years old and I think they are mature enough to enjoy reading writing sense of humor. It comes with around 20 Mad libs, easy to read black print, and exactly as I remember as a kid! Happy mother!
   Great NOUN
Person in room knows what to expect if you've played before. This is a game that can be played with a family or a gun. It's not a big deal to Vernon it out because it only costs numbers. Give it a rifle.
Really cute especially for people who have dogs!
My daughter has 2 dogs and an online gaming channel where she occasionally does mad libs, so I purchased a stocking stuffer for her. She loved it!
