We laughed 'til we cried!
Derived From Web , Apr 20, 2022
I've been an Amazon. com customer for many years and this is the first time that I have had an item so much that I felt compelled to write a review. Since we were married, I have slowly added books to our someday-baby's library. As soon as the book arrived, I read it aloud to my husband and we both were laughing so hard that we were in tears. Everyone needs this book in their collection, Michael Mosley writes. It's great to be back home, said Blair.

Awesome book.
Derived From Web , Aug 20, 2020
My son loved it, Rosalyn said. For almost a year, it was the only thing he wanted to read. We hid the book, stashing it somewhere we thought he couldn't find it and some how it showed up back in the archives. The book was purchased by us when it came out. And have just purchased it again as a present for a very special little boy in our life. This book will fascinate young children and allow them to interact with the story. Don't let the Pigeon Drive the Bus!

We bought it again as a gift for a special little boy in our life. If you are a creative out loud reader, this book will allow children to interact with the story. Don't let the pigeon drive the bus.

Mean-Spirited--I would not read this to my grandson.
Derived From Web , May 8, 2020
It's me or the book, Tunick said. I felt bad for the pigeon who so longed to take control of the bus, to have an ounce of power over the direction of things and would never ever read this to my little grandson. It's like teaching a kid to take joy in another being's sorrow and disempowerment, Raymond said. What is the deal? The book has sold more than 1 million copies in the UK alone. What do you think?

Excellent condition!
Derived From Web , Feb 14, 2020
The book arrived today in excellent condition, said Gillian Kent, director of marketing at Waterstones. I am a teaching assistant in a first-grade classroom and I like to replace the books when they are damaged or missing. This book will be a perfect replacement for our classroom. Thanks for the support! It's great to be back home, said Blair.

Favorite Book for Young Kids
Derived From Web , Dec 30, 2019
I like all of Mo Willems' books. Young children respond to the pigeon all throughout the book and this one is very entertaining. It reminds me of a young child asking his parents if they want him to stay. The child is the adult, and the pigeon is asking over and over again. The illustrations are funny and draw a lot of comments from the children. These are great for reluctant readers in first and second grade, and once in a while, you will find an older child reading it. Or me.

Favorite Book for Young Kids
Derived From Web , Dec 30, 2019
I've read all of Mo Willems' books. This one is very entertaining for young children because they respond to the pigeon all throughout the book. It reminds me of a young child questioning his parents over and over again, "Do you want me to play with your toys?" Only this time the pigeon is the one asking over and over again. The illustrations are wonderful, funny and even draw lots of comments from the kids, the author said. Or me?

Hard pass
Derived From Web , Dec 26, 2019
I don't like the book at all. I teach my son that if you ask a question and the answer is no, don't keep asking me the same question trying to get the answer you wanted. The question has been asked and answered. The bird is annoying and teaching a behavior that is not acceptable in my home. This book will help you teach your kids to harass you when they don't like the answer you give.

Hard pass

It's just that I don't like the book. If you ask a question and the answer is no, do NOT keep asking me the same question trying to get the answer you wanted. The question is, what is the deal? This bird is annoying and is teaching a behavior that is unacceptable in my home, Sosa said. If you want to teach your kids to harass you over and over when they don't like the answer you gave, get this book.

Poor quality

It was very bent when it arrived, the buyer said. The book was written by Simon & Schuster. I think this is in bad condition, so it wasn't represented well.
