The Battle of Good Vs. Evil
Dracula is so much more than just a monster story. It is the battle of good vs evil, where Dracula is not some sexy misunderstood anti hero but a true devil. The protagonists against him are excellent, especially Mina Harker, a woman devoted to her husband and friends. The style of letters, journal entries, and newsletters is very interesting and really keeps up the suspense.

A popular book for my university English language students who are obsessed with vampires and the occult. I have read the original and this is true to this novel, which I am not all that impressed with.
