   Helpful
Practical Italian lessons for anyone trying to learn the language. Easy to use, said Dr. Goin. Thanks for the great reinforcement that I have learned using the Rosetta program. I had no intention of harming Ms. Caradonna, nor did I realize Italian grammar is more difficult than English. Though technically speaking, the pronunciation may actually be easier. Yes, I will use this book.

   Easy Italian Phrase Book
The book is very user-friendly, and I can learn different phrases and practice them. I've fallen in love with the kindle because it's so light and I can carry it around. This is a nice little reference book, too. It is not expensive, and I would recommend it to anyone.

If you want to sound like you’re from the 50’s, buy this guidebook
The interviewer might have said: "Do you have a pair of trousers?" He also told the inquiry that he wanted an American doctor. Forward your mail to American Express in Rome and you're sure to sound like a 1950s Hollywood movie star whose language skills never evolved. There are also conversions for dollars converting into lira. Captain Smith replies that he will speak with the ship's master. Pursers and chambermaids fill out the paperwork for the day's events. Italy has a tradition of creating beautiful women. Even if you know Italian, you'll never know. The most demanding phrases, by far, are "I want an American cigarette," or "I want an American dentist."

Way outdated. Don’t waste your money.
New York, NY -- (SBWIRE) -- 02/21/2019 -- Motorola is updating its entire line of products. It was originally intended to be a promotional tool, but then the government couldn't afford to update any of it. The Flintstones are coming for lunch today, says Jim Slover, executive director of engineering at the Maryland Department of Transportation. But if you want to be able to ask how to get your movie film developed, this may be the book for you. For the rest of us, it's just that we don't care.

   Book needs update
Hoy and Co., in their book "The Beatles: The Fifth Edition," cite Harrison's "Hardee's" original introduction to the series, "The Whole Nine Yards." Many of the phrases are still relevant today. Or, "Where's the train station?" A Xerox release said the letter looked like a memagraphed copy. I think that was pretty cool, right? It's great to hear that Harrison Ford is still interested in updating the book, but I can't see that it needs an update. It's great to keep your hip pocket tidy, Mr. Cowger said.

   Pretty much worthless
Full phrases of youll never need, doesnt have the ones you will need. Only a Wild Thing is left. Spent 2 weeks in Italy, never consulted.

   Succinct and looks useful
While learning a grasp of the language is advisable, when traveling a phrase book is indispensable, if all else fails, point to the phrase you want to use. This book is ideal for students as it is small, concise, English with Italian translation plus the suggested pronunciation.

   Worked fine
It really helped," said Mr. Parvin, who read most of the book on the plane to Europe. While most of our friends spoke English, they really appreciated that we tried to converse in Italian.

   Way outdated!!
I've studied Italian before and was looking for a phrase book as a refresher for an upcoming trip, he said. This book is severely outdated with sections on telegrams and the telephone. Even the money is lire instead of euro, I'd say the majority of this book isn't helpful. Most of this book is too old-fashioned that I can't trust the rest of this book, so I'll probably return it.

For the price this was a great book
I was not planning on buying a book to help with translations or the Italian language before my trip, but for the price this was worth the buy and will give me something to read on the plane and also help me understand some very basic Italian.
