   Great cookbook to jump start a healthy lifestyle !
My eye doctor recommended this cook book for him, as he is suffering with a rare auto-immune deficiency that irritates his eyes. Great menus packed with recipes rich in vegetables, natural fibers and the list goes on. My son certainly does not need to lose weight, but eating healthy and rich in iron foods makes a huge difference in combating his symptoms. And did I mention that the recipes are delicious!

   Seems like just another diet book
I like the idea of Eat to Live that drives the book. I am afraid that some recipes were too challenging for me and some ingredients were difficult to obtain. I tested several recipes and enjoyed about half of them. I can hardly see myself cooking many recipes more than once. To do this book fully, you must be prepared to invest the time and energy into it.

   Need more pictures to visualize the finished recipe
I live in rural population that probably carries better food items listed in the recipes - plus - I'm new to this eating style. In my opinion, there are not enough pictures of the finished recipe. However, I will explore more recipes as I become familiar with this eating style. I read several books by Dr. Fuhrman and agree with his plan for healing and nurturing the body.

   Tasty Recipes
So far, I have only made a few recipes, but they taste great! The transition from eating my typical diet to a vegan diet, with less oil and salt, has been challenging, but having tasty recipes makes it a lot easier. Jealous I am! I also like the flexibility in the recipes and am inspired to use them as a basis to branch out on my own and create other healthy recipes for myself.

   This is an excellent cookbook but not on the Kindle
This is an excellent cookbook, but not for the Kindle. The pages are not labeled, so it is difficult to find what you are looking for. So I decided that I will order the book so that I can make notes in and access recipes much easier.

   Good food that taste good
I use this book for my menus. I also read the book that goes with it. You will not be hungry or have cravings on this Diet Life style. My sister did this and lost a pound a day for the first 26 days and was not really fat. Everything I have tried so far tastes great.

This guy, apparently, knows nothing about what foods to eat. Soy??? ??? Seriously? ??? Tofu? You're kidding right ''. Yeast Nutritional?? What is next.. Sushi??? Look up Medical Medium on Soundcloud by Anthony William and just about anywhere else. I want my money back!

   but Eat to Live- Quick and Easy is a better quality book
This book is ok, but eat to live quickly and easy is a better book. This book has more recipes than Quick and Easy, but skimping on production quality of this book clearly. When first published, it was perhaps self-published? And they had no budget for a professional designer to fix the layout. There are some photos of the food but are all grouped together in the middle of the book and many recipes have no photo at all.
