   Healthy Eating Presented in an Enjoyable Way
Wean yourself off of expensive processed foods and eat for your body. A decade ago, this book helped in the weight loss of 70 pounds.

It was very easy to read. The book was recommended by a doctor. I read most of it in one sitting, but I have a lot of time. It's very easy to read and understand. It's worth every penny.

   Life changing to come
I have been reading this book for a long time. I will need to gather all the things I need to make this stick. I have lost weight before but only for a month. A life change is what I'm looking for. I will give an update once I have read the book completely and been doing it for over a month.

This is the best way to lose weight. The doctor wanted me to consider taking a statin to lower my cholesterol. I changed my eating habits after reading the book and going to the doctor. Three months later. I had lost 20 lbs and 100 points off my cholesterol. The doctor. I have never recommended a station again. I'm following Dr Fuhrman's recommendations and intermittent fast.

I stopped taking my blood pressure medication. While never being hungry, I lost 30 pounds. There is a lot of energy. I feel good. This isn't a diet fad. It is the path to a completely different paradigm of food and nutrition. It would be hard to give up my favorite foods, but don't miss them. If you are having health issues, your diet may be the culprit. Apply the principles of the book you read. You will not be disappointed.

   Makes total sense, and I felt great!
Fuhrman recommends a vegan diet that is high in greens. He recommends meat as a small accompaniment to a greens based meal for meat eaters. When I followed this, I lost weight and felt better than I had in a long time, and I'm a vegetarian for over 30 years. It makes sense that he does. Good science and patient testimonials back up his claims. Try it out for a few weeks and see if you like it.

   "How to stay thin & Healthy for life"
I'm very pleased with this book. From the front to the back, read it. Have lost 27 pounds in 4 months. A diet is not the only one. It's for my health as well. I love the book Eat to Live because I don't gain weight back if I'm not eating right. I have lots of energy. No more pain in feet or legs.

   If you want to live - Read and Practice this Book!
I bought a book. I read it. I started making food. I lost a lot of weight. The ranges for my A1-C and Cholestrol were normal. I started eating again. My tests went bad again. Most of the weight is regained by me. I read the book again. I ate some of the recipes again. I lost the weight again. My body came back in good shape. I am 67 years old. It has taken me a long time to make the recipes and store them in the freezer. If you want to live, follow Dr. Fuhrman's advice. If you want to make the recipes, learn to shop and make them by heart. It is what you do most of the time that makes you healthy, even if you need some meat and cheese occasionally. It's the most important book in the library. This is the book that I bought all the other books.

   Don't waste your money...
Eat to Live is the appropriate book title because Dr. Fuhrman spent the entire book trying to convince everyone that eating food is just because we have to do it. He spins the scientific approach, and extracts from it any element of enjoyment. I want to eat a more plant based diet. I already knew that! I was looking for something substantial that would help me to accomplish that, and also show me how to lose weight by doing so. He lost me with his weight chart because the recipes are awful. His idea of how much people should weigh is ridiculous. I'm a 57-year-old woman who is supposed to weigh no more than 127 lbs. Don't waste your money, he's lost his mind...

I can only say that it is working. In less than 30 days, I went from 262 pounds to 237 pounds. You need to see it for yourself. Please read the entire book and draw your line in the sand. Best of luck.
