Book Overview

There is truth to be shared. Let us begin. Volatile mathematical genius Mallory Park is living two lives. In one, she is balancing senior year with looking after her little brother and troubled ex-Marine father; in the other, she spends her nights glued to her laptop, breaking into some of the world's most secure systems as the hacker Echo Six. As part of a corruption-exposing cyber network called the Forum, Mallory is far more at ease among the codes and hidden identities of her online world than she has ever been in the real one, but when other hackers start to go missing, she finds herself caught up in a web of secrets that could have repercussions far beyond both. When anyone can be a name on a screen, how do you know who to trust? (US First Edition)

   Really really good
The story caused many emotions. A great writer can do that. I highly recommend this and will be reading many more by Ms. Tisdall.

   A GREAT READ
I like this book. It's a cool, smart concept, lots of twists and surprises and intense emotions along the way, and most of all, complex and flawed and irresistible characters. I couldn't help but root for the two of them from the beginning. If there was a sequel I would read it just to hang out with the characters again.

A great "techno-thriller" and so much more
I picked this up because I thought it would be a good techno- thriller, but instead it was a story about people. The tech was woven into the story line by the author. I became more interested in the development of the characters of Mallory and Warden. You want to read the next story from Laura Tisdall.

   WOW!
I have not read a book in a long time. I want it to be cleaner so I can recommend it to my friends. It was a lot. It is of. swearing There are a few suggestive comments. The touch of romance was subtle, but it was a great YA story. To break it down by the characters. I fell in love with them. They were original and quirky, but also personable. There is a plot. I don't know a lot about computers and hacking, but the story was fascinating and kept me on the edge of my seat. There are three ways to amplify. I wasn't bored for one minute of the story, but it never felt rushed and the author knows how to keep a story moving. It was amazing!
