Required for class
Derived From Web , May 4, 2022
This book was in my classroom so I had to do it for my teacher, Jordan said. There are also some good books out there, Simon says. It was a dense web of information, said Thomas Sattler, director of the Metropolitan Planning Commission's Office.

Terrible
Derived From Web , May 4, 2022
It's outdated and a lot of the information is not up to date, he said. A good amount of mistakes, Mr. Rule told the judge. The workbook is so horrible, I almost threw away the entire thing. Some of the questions have two different answers, and I've also found that some don't have a right answer at all. Also, I didn't help that mine was listed as new and I didn't realize until I hit the middle chapter that the person who sent it to me falsely advertised it as new because there was writing in pen. Don't waste your money on this book unless you absolutely need it and then I suggest buying used because it is not a book you will want to keep.

More Than One Reason To Buy This Book
Derived From Web , May 4, 2022
Even the laymen were taken aback by the thoroughness of the exercise and by the use of advanced techniques in handling emergencies. Even if you don't have time to take the class, you can still read the book _ whether it's for research, concern over your own health or just to add to your enjoyment of pop culture. But as we all know when it comes to your personal health and safety you can never be too knowledgeable.

The go-to book for EMT training, and for those interested in advanced first aid
Derived From Web , May 4, 2022
Of course, nothing beats formal training, but this book is an excellent resource for anyone who is interested in advanced first aid. As a former EMT, I am using this to supplement Red Cross Basic First Aid and Red Cross Wilderness First Aid training as the medic for a Boy Scout troop. I own a much earlier version of this manual, which I went through formal EMT training and certification. It was clear and concise, just as this version is. I passed the Texas EMT exam with a 98% score, so that should say something about the value of the book, Mr. Dhaliwal said. Buy the card with the cover version. For about the same price as the soft cover, you'll get a sturdier, longer-lasting book.

LOVE THIS BOOK

I purchased this book to use in classroom instruction, not for a class. This manual will help you become more prepared to help others in an emergency.

Very comprehensive text
Derived From Web , May 4, 2022
Bought this book on my own after my EMT course was canceled. The remaining 900 pages are being completed by the end of the month. I am really looking forward to another course offering so I can practice with the devices, Mr. Brabaw said. The seller included the workbook in a free surprise!

Go hardback cover!
Derived From Web , May 4, 2022
It was a great book, it was required for school, but it's a great tool to have around the house forever. The hardback is worth an extra $10, and the paperback is $15. At the end of the class, everyone's book looked very used. If you take pride in keeping your things looking nice, the hardback is worth the extra $$ GOOD LUCK IN EMT CLASS! It's great to be back home, said Blair.

Needed item
Derived From Web , May 4, 2022
This was a requirement for my son's EMT course, which started in January. I priced thsi in a lot of places, and was glad to have found it here, Mr. Dhaliwal said. I'm sure he will be very happy that it wasn't much more. It will be using this product for 3 months so I know it is worth the price.
