Mal, Evie, Jay, Carlos may have been the baddest of all of them, but Graduation is almost here, and they are almost behind them. The group is going to apply for 4 new kids to go to Auradon Prep. They plan to take down Mal. The series is alright. Book 4 was by far my favorite, it got right to the point and was a little bit faster than Book 3. The books in the series were dry for me because I really liked the fact that they take place between the movies. I am sure a 10 year old would enjoy it. We need to read more about Jay and Carlos in this book. Evie and Mal seem to forget those 2 people. If the books were supposed to be all about Mal, why add the 3 rd person to the group? They were cute and could be read by any child. There is a possibility that this will be the case.

My daughter is having Descendants withdraw so I bought all four. We are one of the first books that is similar to the movies, but you get new details. I can't wait to finish the series, but it will be bitter sweet.

   I love this series
This was a wonderful little story. The books all tie in to the movies, but they are their own entities. Love the storyline. Right after Descendants 3. We have to see what happens next in this series, I hope there is one more book. Maybe a royal wedding? ?

The daughter likes it! She had to read it before she watched the newest movie. I will take her word for it because she says it is wonderful.

   Decent book, easy read, goes along with the moviez
After the second movie, this book ends before the third movie starts. It is what it is, I was a little disappointed by that. They will come out with another book at the same time as the movie. You feel for the kids of the Isle. I think they' re developing new characters to take over for the usual ones.

I like this book. It is a good continuation of the Descendants story. It will lead into the third movie. Can't wait for Descendants 3.

   Well written and entertaining.
The book is well written and entertaining to a variety of age groups. The movie progresses the story from the past movie. It has the same magic from all the Disney movies, but it feels modern. I think it set the story for the next film. I think it would have been better to devote more time to characters like Harry or Gill. In the past movie, these characters were very entertaining, and they deserve some time in the spotlight.
