True Large Print, NO red letter
Derived From Web , Aug 25, 2020
The 2016 text edition 978-1-4335-6245-7 has a colorful print and 8 nice map pages in the back. Does NOT have read a letter nor a Concordance. Great size to carry to church or leave on end table for daily reading. This would be a great gift to the Bible as well.

What I was looking for in a Bible
Derived From Web , Aug 16, 2020
Meets all my needs so that I can keep and use. I took a star off because most pages were lightly sticking to each other on delivery, so it took a long time to page through and unstick them, once this job was done.

Great Bible with one flaw
Derived From Web , Jul 12, 2020
Overall, excellent Bible. The text is a really good size in an awesome font that is very easy to read with the eyes. The size of the Bible is limited with an excellent margin for great notes. The binding seems durable and allows the Bible to lay flat. As a preacher, it is a must. This Bible has a flaw... the pages are stuck together. Literally, every other page is stuck together and VERY difficult to separate. It has taken me HOURS to separate them page by page. The good news is that once you are fine this time, but you will take a ton of effort in the beginning. For me, this is a budget Bible, purchased for about $35. Just know that if you were warned that it will take time to break it in.

LOVE this bible!
Derived From Web , Mar 12, 2020
I was looking for a Bible that looks nice and is easy to read for when I preach. I also teach from the ESV generally. When I ordered it, I was a little doubtful. Surely, for the price, it won 't be all that great. The cover FEELS is nice, like a more expensive leather bound book. It is not too flashy, though. The pages are not too thin and the text is big enough in double columns, so that I can easily read from it when I am in front of people. Honestly, I could not have chosen better for the price. I recommend this Bible for private or public reading. The margins are just wide enough for notes, but if you're a serious note scribbler, you may want to consider a journaling Bible with wider margins andor printed lines. That said, the paper in this Bible takes highlighter and ink well, though I plan to keep mine as much as possible to keep it clear for reading. It also seems fairly durable. I plan to have this Bible for a very long time.

Yes! Get this

Okay, I don 't know why churches have started to turn the lights off during actual preaching, but it seems that's the trend these days. And yes, I have a Bible on my phone that I can turn on, but there is something good about having a physical copy of the word. And the LARGE PRINT makes reading it a million times easier in dim lighting. LARGE PRINT isn 't anymore just for old people. Get the LARGE PRINT if your church dims the lights in the service. Even if they don 't, get the LARGE PRINT. Also, since this Bible has no study notes, it has a clean and simple look that draws me in and makes me want to read just. I can 't help, but I feel like it is just me and the Holy Spirit reading together and I can make notes as I go along. Don 't get me wrong, I have plenty of commentaries and study books to go with this, but I sure do like the LARGE PRINT and SIMPLICITY of this version.

No wide margin
Derived From Web , Feb 21, 2019
I bought this to serve as a Bible for precepts that requires you to mark your Bible heavily. The letters are large enough to mark, but the margins are not wide enough for note taking. No cross references are provided. Binding is significant and page thickness is sufficient to allow note taking without solid bleed through.
