   Great Little Book
This book has been enjoyed by my grandson since he was 3 years old. He likes saying the animal name and the sound it makes. This was very important in teaching him how to speak. My DIL liked reading this book to my grandson. Dad had a book called DADA.

   My son's favorite book
I bought the book for my child because of the reviews. I couldn't understand why it was simple, nice pictures, but nothing special to my eyes, but it became my baby's favorite book after I read it. I read him at least two times a day and he really enjoys it, so I'm going to buy the other books of this author.

   Great pair of books with the Dada book
I thought the book was simple and cute when we received it. It is my 9mo old's favorite book. She loves looking at the animals and hearing them. She started saying dada dada dada all the time after she read this for a few weeks. The Mama book is going with it. Another hit! She loves it! Others have said that there isn't a lot of written words but there is room for creativity. If she wants to read it again, I will add "what noise does the monkey make?" Ooh ah ah!

   Taught my son how to say Mama
I was disappointed when I got this book but I was expecting more from Jimmy. It was cute from the start, but it was more simple than I was expecting and not as funny. This isn't the best part of my son's age, he is 17 months. A week or two after my son got this book, he started saying "Mama" randomly. I wondered if that was because of the book. Nah! He picked up the book a couple of days later and then yelled out "Mama!". The book taught my son how to say "Mama". I am not sure what will convince you to buy this book.

This book is not good, but I like Jimmy. It is repetitive and doesn't hold any interest. I don't believe it would sell if Jimmy hadn't written it.

   Cute, but very simple
This is a very simple book and doesn't have a story, but it is very cute and the pictures are well done. The words are used in every day conversations and can be practiced daily by a toddler, so I think they were chosen well. It's pretty good, but I wish there was more to it.

   Amazing condition (new!), fast shipping, cute book
Our girl's first word was "Dada", because we have the book. The Mama book was made into a board book and we received it yesterday. We've already read a lot of the book. The pictures are cute and she repeats them back to me.
