   Awesome book & it’s a quick read
It's like the sales gods came together and wrote a short book on the best things to say and sell anybody literally anything. It is based on real estate, but these concepts can be used in any sales situation. I’ll have to keep this book in my car so that I can flip it before I meet new clients at least until I can get it down. I am still relatively new to real estate, so I am trying to learn as much as I possibly can. I highly recommend! ''

   Magic Words lead to Magic Closes
The CEO of the Texas Real Estate Investment Club, Phil Jones, introduced Shenoah Grove to me. And I am beginning to understand the power of connecting magic words to understand people. At the end of the day, with all things equal, people will choose to do business with people they know, like and trust. Leaning, saying the right words or asking the right questions can always improve communication to connect with your client, friend or prospect. I believe that progress begins by asking a better question. An answer is simply an opinion of my solution to the problem, as I understand or see it.    Try the library first
If anyone needs help on what to say, it would be me. I am an introvert and trying to make it real in real estate. But... But... I can 't read this book just because I couldn 't read it. I read through the first 20 pages or so and put it down. I was really unimpressed ''. I'll try again later, but my advice would be to check it first from the library.

   Salespersons Guide to the Galaxy.
Year after year, it is not an easy task to stay in our lanes. This book refreshed me on the thoughts, dispositions, attitudes and word tracks that I had let fall by the wayside over the years. Reenforcing classical and standard protocols and procedures to serve our clientele with professional direction. Through changing markets and demographics, it has helped me find my “center ” again. Book of the Year, for the Beginner or the Old Pro is an excellent book, for the beginner or the old. I do not agree and will not use everything as some of it reaches back too far and has become a little trite, if not obsolete. But most of it is encyclopedic of what is effective. Listened to the Audio and found myself taking so many notes that I decided to buy it in Paperback. I keep it in my desk drawer and read a chapter every day. A wish list A table of contents, for quick reference.

   For anyone in sales OR who wants to stack the odds in their favor...
This is a good book not only for anyone in sales, but also for anyone who would like to improve their communication and perhaps persuasive abilities. I used one of the suggestions on my son, who never takes any of my advice, and it opened a door to him being open minded enough to try a product I wanted him to try so that he could improve his health. It might even become for you like a bible that you carry for a time with you. Recommended!

   Way beyond what I expected
I enjoyed reading this book completely ''. It is just to the point, like I like it. I love how the authors provide a lot of examples that I can implement from day one. My favorite part is all the templates to create emails, text messages and digital marketing. I recommend this book to my friends and I will probably read it several times and practice the content.
