   Great for a frog lover!
My son is 3 and LOVES the Frogs! I grew tired of checking this out at the library, so I purchased it. He often sleeps with it so much he loves it.

   Interesting
This is a very good book to read, I was reading it first as a grandma and was very impressed with how interesting and informative it was.

   2.5 yr old loves
My 2.5 yr old has really soaked up the facts in this book and now loves to tell them to me as we read the book, which is pretty neat! It is a really interesting intro to non-fiction, which is fun and has nice photos. I also got some realistic toy frogs and hid them around the yard and we went on a frog adventure to find them, which was fun.

   Perfect for Preschoolers
It has enough information to be colorful for my 4 year old and 21 month old with lots of educational photos. If I have a criticism, there are a few non-identified frog photos. My son always wants to know exactly what he is looking at, so this is one of my biggest pet peeves in children's books. I am not suggesting that they label each species, merely that they detail the frog by name in small letters. The rest of the work we can do.

   Factual & Fun
I bought this for my 4yo grandson and I am quite pleased, as was he. The texts and photos are interesting and factual, while they are technical enough for a child.
