Has a great message
Derived From Web , Feb 8, 2022
This is a book that I like. There is a good message and an interesting female. It is great to see a story about a person who is not considered to be beautiful at the ball and who is dealing with body hate from others. I connected to the main character because I struggled with this issue as a child. Even if you aren't considered beautiful or handsome, people will still love you and you can get your chance at happily ever after, according to this book. It shows you have to work with what you have and accept yourself as you are. Take me for example. I have a feature that makes me look better than the ones I don't like, so I showed those off rather than the ones I didn't like.

A wonderful version on Snow White
Derived From Web , Feb 8, 2022
I am 30 years old and loved this book. A wonderful version of Snow White with Levine's own touches. Levine gives a lot of humor to her characters. Even though our world isn't like her world, it still makes sense. It is easy to follow without Levine having to speak to her readers. This book took place in the same world asElla Enchanted and I loved it. Why only four stars? I was a bit disappointed in the development of the Prince, I really liked Aza and her character development. We did not get to know him very well. The relationship between Aza and the Prince was the same as that of Prince Charmont andElla. I did not fall in love with him the way I did with Prince Charmont. I loved it, except for that. I' ve given it out to friends and family so they can read it.

Beautiful Book!
Derived From Web , Feb 8, 2022
The audio book was full. I admit that I missed out on a lot of the singing. The singers were difficult to comprehend. I loved the book. I liked the way prince Igori fell in love with Asa despite her appearance. I liked the way Asa didn't love herself completely until he admitted his feelings. She knew it would take some time for her to accept herself, but she was willing to try, and that seemed like a realistic response. I really like Gail Carson Levine's work and this is my second book that I' ve listened to. Her books are clean and she has a good message inside. They are great for young girls. You can get the Audible version if you buy the Amazon version.

Interesting
Derived From Web , Aug 7, 2019
The book was intriguing. The fact that I disliked all of the songs was my main complaint with this book. It was hard for me to get to know Aza because her name was so hideous. Ivi was my favorite because she was the only one with a normal name. I almost didn't finish the book because I thought the whole Skulni thing was stupid. I like it very much and have read it again. The book is not suitable for younger children.

What a lovely story!
Derived From Web , Jul 26, 2018
I enjoyed this story. I was looking for something nice and pleasant to read, but not too much. I don't like stories that please me in this mood. This one definitely did. It was sweet. I loved the world. It was standard for fairy tales but still elaborate. The main character was the one I liked the most. It is hard for me to like a main character and care about them. I liked how she behaved. It was more realistic and human than most of the other characters in the story. A friend of mine recommended it to me. This story is rated E by everyone. Younger and older people can enjoy the story.
