Structured CBT for Teens

I really wanted to read this book. I think it will be helpful to use when I'm strictly using CBT, but because of it, I find it hard to "pick and choose" activities to do with my clients. This book definitely is helpful if you want a clear and structured session,.. If you are not a jam.

Gold in 3 of the 5 sections!
Derived From Web , Jun 17, 2020
The first three sections were outstanding, wise, and super helpful, he said. The others were cosmetic and felt rushed, he said. The book deals with emotions, which is a shame, considering that it had very little content. It's called Moose's Revenge, after all. The last section deals with putting your tools to work. If there were more exercises on accepting other people's behaviors, setting boundaries, focusing on the self and letting go of what isn't in your control, I would have rated the book better, Graham said. But still really great stuff in the first few sections, he said. Truly grateful!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Home Forums General Motors General Motors News What's new?
