I love it!

It doesn't have any explanations, just pictures. As someone who wants to get into the concept of art, this had some really great examples. I think I would have it as both a student and a fan of FFXIV to see more regular concept art, as a lot of it was very polished. It was also very cool to see what the artists envisioned, as when I first played Shadowbringers, this is surprisingly very empty or wow, this is literally just copypasted, but the concept art showed things in a better light. In the artist's comment section, one of the artists mentioned how they believed that this book really portrayed their vision better than the game itself. The expansion is still amazing, even if we don't get to the point where we can call it a success. It's by far my favourite of the lot.

Damaged before packing and packaging was poor

I still love the book, but I think this is nitpicking. It also says something cut into the book before it was shipped, so it arrived pretty damaged.

Fantastic Art. Would Like More Commentary
Derived From Web , Feb 25, 2021
The book is a colossal tome of concept and final art. The quality of the construction materials used in the making of the panels compliments the artwork inside. There is very little lore or commentary surrounding the story of the "N''. The final page has some commentary from the artists who contributed to the expansion but more stories would've given this a 5 star rating. 0 2171537 4171343 The creator of the expansion says it was a collaboration between "two masters of minimalism" -- the artist who contributed to the space but "more stories would've given this a 5 star rating."

Wind-up Dulia-Chai
Derived From Web , Sep 21, 2020
The gorgeous artwork is and reflecting on Shadowbringers experiences through an artistic lens is rewarding in itself. I bought it for the in-game DLC and I'm not regretting one cent. Pauley replied that he would do it again. The book is highly recommended.

No reason to go with the JP anymore
Derived From Web , Aug 14, 2020
Outside of Amazon's shipping issues, this book is very good. For those who are unaware, the previous Japanese version of these books was more sought after as the printing quality and cover were way nicer than their English counterparts. A bit disappointing if you're used to the JP version of these books, but at least NA isn't missing out on the quality like they were before.

Bigger than I thought.
Derived From Web , Jul 31, 2020
It's so tall that it doesn't fit on my bookshelf. I will have to readjust as it is mainly for the size of guide books, which has surpassed height. The pages are beautiful and I am glad I bought them.

Best FFXIV Artbook...so far
Derived From Web , Jul 29, 2020
This is my favorite FFXIV book release so far. Each has been great but this book has great cover art and a great feel, Simon said. Square Enix has always released quality books featuring images that are bound to appeal to collectors.
