   Great info & well written
Organized. It's easy to understand with a little humor mixed in. You can tell that David the Good is a real gardener that has tried lots of methods and is not afraid to think outside of the box. He also developed new best practices and encouraged gardeners to develop their own. Highly recommend.
   A Must for Florida Gardening
Lots of useful information about growing food in Florida. It's great to be back reading it, said Dr. Kevin Conlon, director of the university's forensic medicine program. The binding on my first copy was loos so pages were falling out, I was able to replace it very effortlessly and received a new copy of the book in one day. Great customer service, said Jim Booher, vice president of sales and marketing at JetBlue.
Covers the entire state of Florida
A great book, Gillian. Even with the help of librarians and book buyers, it is almost impossible to find books written for North Florida. This book covers North Florida very well and there are tons of useful links to websites. It also covers the rest of the state, so really anyone in Florida can find lots of information pertaining to their local climate. It's written in a clear and easy to understand way, and doesn't require lots of special tools or spending tons of money. It's great to be back home, said Dr. Brian Stokes, director of the University of Florida's Hollingshead Center for Cancer Research. It's almost daily I consult it. Definitely recommend! David Good is my gardening hero.
   Sure, why not :D
The book took me about two hours to finish. There were some good nuggets of information in there, but the book was well organized and clear. It's definitely a realist standpoint with some dry humor, making it a little more relatable, Bruno said. After the time it took to digest, I was ready to pick up the next book, full of colorful pictures and optimistic wording. D. Rowell and Co. were not present at the academy's academy in Birmingham, Ala.
   Florida gardeners rejoice
I've purchased all of David's books and I'm thrilled with the outcome. This new one is not repetitive of his earlier books.
   Essential Food Garden Book!
I find David's writing style to be easy to understand and entertaining. Thanks again to David and Janet Good for yet another great addition to Our Florida Garden Library.
A Great Insight Into Florida Gardening Tips
Honest from the heart information to help us all should the S.H.T.F. as the saying goes! A little of the book repeated information from his earlier books, but I enjoyed reading this book thoroughly and I always picked up a few new ideas that I hadn't thought about when I read another one of his new books! He knows from personal experience what works well and what doesn't work and he doesn't hold back on his opinions. I especially enjoyed the last section of his book, where he throws political correctness out the window and blesses us all with his religious philosophy. More people ought to do the same, say what they really believe, but perhaps most are too concerned with a few critics that might not agree, Graham said. Plants Matter too, especially if we're all forced into survival mode! Thanks again for the great book.
