   Disappointed
The book was very good. I realized after I received it that there were no pictures for each recipe and there was no indication of calories or fat. There is not a table of contents for the recipes, they have many ingredients and some of them are uncommon. I am returning the book because of all that. The book has good pages and pictures. Just needs to be fine tuning a bit.

   Lovely, but disappointing
The book is lovely, but the recipes are quite complex, and I don't like Dr. Hyman's " food what the heck should I eat?" I would not be able to find many of the ingredients when I shop at an upscale health food store. To be able to eat like this consistently, one needs to spend a lot of time shopping, preparing, and cooking. I will most likely not cook any of these recipes. Many of them have many ingredients. It bugs me when healthy cookbooks contain recipes for desserts. If you want something sweet cook and apple with butter and cinnamon, don't make it. The book makes a complicated lifestyle even more complicated. I still love you!

From breakfast through to desserts, we can nourish our bodies daily eating fresh wholesome foods.
I pre- ordered the book Food What theHeck Should I Eat after reading it. There is an overview of his food philosophy in the cookbook. Food is medicine. We can eat fresh wholesome foods from breakfast to dessert. The clear, easy- to- follow recipes make it easy for me and my family to eat healthy. The items I made look like the pictures in the book are a plus.

   It's a pretty cookbook
I have flipped through the recipes so far. Most of the time, anyone who follows a paleo vegan or vegetarian diet has the ingredients for the recipes. A person who is just starting out on this journey will need to purchase some of the staplers. There are extra pages in my book that are missing. I have 71 through 86 duplicated. I received a new book after returning. I am reading through the introduction. I can be a better vegetarian if I use some of the recipes in this book. There are many fish and chicken recipes here too.

Recipes that I could use for my family
I didn't find many recipes that my family would eat or that were good to cook. I would have to change a lot of things in my life. I am returning the book since I am not there yet.
