Our Family Loves James Ponti Books!
Derived From Web , Mar 9, 2022
In both the FRAMED and CITY SPIES series, James Ponti delivers emotionally touching and riveting stories that my children and I just love. The characters are rich, plot lines are compelling and the writing is magnificent. We hope that these stories are turned into a TV series or movies, as it would be fun to watch them all over again in a new and different way.

Enjoyable Read for Both Kids and Adults
Derived From Web , Feb 18, 2022
This is the 3rd in the City Spies series and is a lot of fun and full of adventure and mystery. This is another well-written and engaging installment in this series and it has more going on now that we've gotten to know most of the characters so we can see what happens on their adventures. It's a simple yet complex storyline and series that can be enjoyed by both children and adults alike. It is great to see the children develop and use their talents and skills in the story for their missions, and this is a good example of a found family story that is always a favorite for me. I can 't wait to read more or reread this series and also introduce it to my children. NetGalley and Simon and Schuster Children's PublishingAladdin thanks so much to NetGalley and Simon and Schuster Children's PublishingAladdin for letting me read and review this enjoyable book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

As Usual, Great Book From Mr. Ponti!
Derived From Web , Feb 3, 2022
James Ponti writes wonderful books for young people and also for old people. City Spies is my favorite series by the author's author. This book, set in Moscow, Scotland and China allows the city spies to shine. Paris, Brooklyn, Sydney, Rio and Kat all learn about life and each other. The adults, Mother, Monty and Tru, are present, but never intrusive. The plot is wild involving chess, missing nukes, an odious billionaire, and a possible defection. A lot of knowledge is sprinkled throughout the story, which is a trademark of Mr. Ponti's terrific writing -- plenty of small paragraphs that teach, but don 't preach and never bog the fast moving plot. However, at the end of the book I was left with a question -- his books are always trilogies, but this did not feel like the wrap for the city spies. Is there a book 4 in the works? One can only hope! One can only hope! '' Highly recommended! Highly recommended! ''
