Very informative

A great book for anyone who owns a bronco. I would also advise bronco owners to buy the book that covers their transmission repairs.

Not what they used to be!
Derived From Web , Dec 1, 2021
I have used these manuals for years, but the last two are virtually worthless. One was for the older F150 and the other Highlander in 2017. I can only cover so much, especially for the newer cars. Both were so poorly done that I could use one of the 30 or so manuals I already had and gotten the same information. I will not use Hayes for any longer.

Frustratingly vague
Derived From Web , Mar 27, 2021
They were straightforward, detailed and provided very detailed directions on essentially the entire dismantling and rebuild of a vehicle. After looking through this manual, I found out that it really did not provide me with a great value that I could not derive from internet searches and eventually the right combination of search terms. After further reflection, I've come to the conclusion that this is mainly because there are so many different trim levels in this family of vehicles that it had to be vague, where my previous experience was based on a vehicle model that usually had 1-2 engines, 1 manual and 1 automatic transmission and a relatively limited number of body styles or trim levels. I was just expecting too much...

Great book for beginners

At all, not bad. In this book, lots of good info is contained. I wish they went a little further into the exhaust system. But over all, a really good book.

Missing Schematics
Derived From Web , Mar 21, 2020
Compared to the Haynes manuals I have for older models, this is super light on good schematics. The 73 through 79 shows schematics of all front end configurations. This has just text without needed details.

Waste of money
Derived From Web , Sep 3, 2018
I think it is too expensive to have step by step pictures in the book. A lot of steps started in the middle or procedures missed in the middle, but no reference to where to find the first step. I have had other repair books from this company that were much better, but it fell apart from use and had to buy another. From now on, I stick with an internet search.

Useless ffor My 95 F 150 with a 300 CID 6
Derived From Web , Sep 26, 2017
Brakes It had great pictures of the rear drums, but NO pictures or mention of the type of calipers on my truck, and only a passing mention of the front rotors. The front rotors are the front hubs, so when you replace them with the front castering bearings. NO information about the proper way to tighten the king nut is available. Great pictures and description of how to replace the injectors on any of the V8 engines, but NO MENTION of the 300 -- 6.
