A Must-Have for French Bulldog Owners!
I purchased this as a gift for a friend, but she has since emailed me on two occasions letting me know how much she loves this story. In fact, she says it is her favorite children's book. I bought this book for my friend because she has a white French Bulldog that looks just like the dog on the cover of this book. Honestly, I didn't even know the story was about a French Bulldog. My friend, and her daughter, absolutely love this story, and not just because their dog looks like Gaston. She said the book has already been read multiple times. Based on my friend's response, I would say this book is a must-have for French Bulldog owners and anyone else.

   My go-to gift item now!!!
Bought for her birthday. She also tells us that it is her favorite book. She wants it read every night and it's so sweet and we don't mind. At first she only made it through a couple of pages but each night she stayed longer. This is her first big non-board book. She knows the dog names and has half of it memorized.

A book that speaks to how families are created
What a sweet book about what makes a family, Margaret. Not only do I love the book but I love the idea that it speaks in a subtle way about adoption. I work in an academic library and the cataloger pointed the book out to all my colleagues. We all read it, and we all loved the story.

   It's All About Family!
This is a delightful children's book about differences. It would be especially helpful in the case of adoption of a child into a family with already existing children. However, the book stands on its own merit.

   Sweet story.
Really darling story. My three children absolutely enjoy listening to the story of the little dog finding his way to be happy with who he is.

   It’s about “Family”…
We bought this book for our friend's baby. They have a white French bulldog that's aging, and we want the baby to grow with memories of her. This book is wonderful, and gave me the message of “family” and “being grateful” with whoever you grew up, Raymond said. We all don't have the same story to share, but I'm sure if you traded places with another family for some time, you'll understand the importance of your last. We are very excited to give to our friends, Claire said.

   Such a cute book
We're huge fans of the book, and we love Lulu. The story line is just adorable and fun, said Blair. The illustrations are beautiful. I would definitely recommend this book to others. My 6 and 2 year old love it. The spin was a little damaged on arrival.

   I love Gaston!
Not only does our baby love the story being read to her and the colorful pictures, but her Husband also loves reading the story. It's great for the whole family and really is a great story about blended families and acceptance, Melissa said. It's reads smoothly and actually has a full storyline in a shorter book which is refreshing from a lot of kids books that on the last page leave you going "huh?" We enjoyed so much, we ordered the Antoinette book which was just as much fun. We sent a copy of the book to our Nephew, as we knew he would enjoy these books so much too! This is now our "go to" gift for children.
