There were no complaints. The book was in good condition. It's too early to say what I thought of the contents. What I have read so far is useful. Being open to new information is always good, I already eat a healthy diet.

Disappointed with book.

Information in the book was not everything I had been told about. 40 pages of acknowledgements was a little bit much. I don't mind paying for good content but I am not interested in anything else so I was disappointed with this book.

It really works.

I've been trying to lose weight for years even though I've been training mma for 5 days a week. I lost 25 lbs in 2 months without even going to the gym after reading this book. I lost fat in places I was not used to. I feel more alert, alert, alert, and even noticed my eyesight is getting better. Four months later, the weight loss and mental improvements are still going strong.

This would have been an informative magazine article, but it's just annoying to put it in a book. It was given to a charity.

The book is good. It is well researched and written. Lots of information but is well written with a sense of humor so you don't get overwhelmed. I don't think I would ever go as extreme as he recommends but it will be helpful to know what foods to add to my diet.

The best book for the interested lay reader
Derived From Web , May 15, 2018
An excellent overview of what one really needs to know about how to use food and lifestyle for optimal health, not just brain health. There is enough science to show the point. This is the only book I would recommend to the public.
