but what a great resource. If you're going through a break-up
As I muddle through my husband's affair and other misgivings, I must assume that we probably won't reconcile, she said. Oh my goodness, this book. I am sooooo grateful that I found it, Tunick said. There is much introspection that needs to be done by the reader, but what a great resource.

If you are hurting from a breakup, this book can help
I went through a breakup of a relationship of over 15 years ago. This book has been extremely helpful in helping me see what I have been doing right in the breakup and grieving process, as well as giving me ideas on what to do next, he said. It has helped me understand why I am feeling some of the things that I am feeling. Anyone who wants to learn from a relationship that has ended, productively grieve, and move on to a greater level of happiness and health in future relationships should read this book.

Buy it!!!! Read it!!! Get healthy!!!
I have a book out today that will change my life. I'm currently living with my soon to be ex husband b.c we have no choice, I'll be going through a divroce soon due to emotional immaturity, paddiction, selfishness and the unwillingness to change, she wrote. If I didn't find this book, I'm a case basket. Yes, I can only control me, but I have to be responsible for my wellness. I'm focused on doing the work that I'm being paid to do. Healthy people attract healthy people. I'm ready to put the work in, Mr. Dhaliwal said. I can't say enough about the insight and wisdom of Ralph. I also purchased her workbooks, found on her website, Get Past Your Past and her Affirmations book. I'm excited to grow, change and learn, he said. He also thanked Dr. Susan Thx for doing God's work.

Really helpful for anyone suffering through a break up you're not ready for.
Bought this for my son who was struggling to get past a long-term relationship. While the loss still stings, Hamdi found this text especially helpful. Sometimes as moms we don't have all the answers, and I'm glad that he had practical advice from experts and stories of other heartbreak to help him navigate losing his first love.

This book has helped me tremendously! I am so thankful for Susan and her wonderful insight. Had it not been for her and this book I wouldn't be where I am today. If you are struggling with ending a relationship, please get this book. You will be so glad
All I can say is that it's great to be back home. Amazon's Kindle Fire is the fastest-selling book in the US, with over 2 million copies sold. Turner also appears in the new issue of McCall's magazine, "The Bookseller." The book has changed my life, said Blair. I'm about to start reading her next book, Get Out There, by Simon & Schuster.

   Life Saver
The first days of my marriage are all a blur of my memory. But I'm so thankful that wherever I learned of Susan Elliott, I gave her book a chance. Admittedly there were parts of the conversation I would have to ignore at first — no contact with someone you've loved and shared a life with for nearly 20 years — but I knew what she was advising was what would ultimately be in my best interest. I've reread parts of this book over and over and over again -- I've hi-lighted so many sections and go back to them even over a year later. In her book, Elliott teaches how to heal yourself and find your self-worth again with affirmations, journaling, and her inventories. If you are considering buying a book for your own use, I have your sympathies. It's hard to put into words how it feels to break up a relationship. The book will help you find your way back to yourself.

Great advice on grief, not just for romantic grief!
While it gives examples based on romantic relationships, most of the book is a guide to dealing with grief either by friendships, job and business, family, or other forms of grief. Dealing with losses when you have invested too much of yourself can be a daunting prospect. Thanks for the tip.

Read this in 2 days right after my breakup. Thank you.
The book is a must-have for anyone looking to improve their English. She told the interviewer she purchased the book "because my boyfriend dumped me." I was so shocked, lost, hurt, rejected, confused, said, angry. Even though the rejection letter said it came from nowhere, it felt like it was from somebody special. The book, "Back Up," was written by a former New York Times reporter. It gives you goals, things to do and encourages you to focus on healing, Morgenthau said. It's incredibly important to nurse your wounds and focus on self-care, Dr. Goin added. I also practice positive affirmations and positive self talk. Before I go to bed, I write gratitude lists every day, walk through the park, read this book at a coffee shop, etc. Our lives happened before the relationship, and they will keep going even after someone we love has decided to leave us, he said.
