More food photos, please!
Derived From Web , Oct 9, 2020
The recipes I tried have been good... I especially love the Cacio e Pepe with Pancetta and Arugula! However, I really wish there were more photos of the completed dishes. I write my cookbooks for inspiration, and that comes from seeing a picture. Odds by me making a dish with no photo... not good.

Less giada, more food recipe photos
Derived From Web , Dec 4, 2018
My kids and I love learning how to cook from Giada's shows, so we're fans. This is my first Giada cookbook and I find it just a bit annoying. There are enough recipes that sound delightful and easy enough to make that I might leave it go that this book is like a model book for Giada and Jade. It would have been a better idea to delete some of their photos in place of finished photos of the finished recipe. There are a few too many recipes without being photo accompaniment ; I think a quick count is 30. Photos help me make a quick decision about whether I should try a recipe or skip one. First, we eat with our eyes.

Disappointed
Derived From Web , Aug 6, 2018
The book is interesting to look at and some very lovely recipes. The recipes I have made, however, are bland and do not turn out the way they should. I'm back to the cookbook of the Barefoot Contessa. Always true to that description.

Giada. Win. Win.
Derived From Web , Apr 26, 2018
Giada I love. I followed her for years. I own all her books'videos, this book does not disappoint. Photography is fresh & the recipes are lovely & easy to follow. I am not understanding the hate directed at Giada, especially from women. She has breasts, she's rich, she's famous. She is also beautiful and articulate.
