Keep An Eye On Duck!

If you liked Clack Moo, you'll love Giggle Giggle Quack. This time Duck has taken hold of a pencil and Farmer Bob asks his brother Brown to watch the farm while he goes on vacay. Due to Duck's misadventure, the animals also get to live the life of luxury, while Farmer Brown is away. This author has a knack for finding a subject matter that appeals to children as well as adults. My two year old loves this book because he loves anything that goes Quack, Moo or Oink. I love this book because I find the idea of a farm animal insurrection hilarious. It is almost office space like in these books. I also like that these books are simple, although the language is well-written. In general, you will enjoy reading this book over and over again.

Durable board book, funny story

This is a similar board book, from the series of books with the cute characters. In this one farmer, Brown goes on vacation and leaves his brother, Bob, in charge, but Duck quickly takes advantage of the situation. Even if you don 't have the series of books, this works as a book alone. If you have other books in the series, the story becomes much more enjoyable because you know that Duck is going to do some funny things.

Another charming book by the same author of Click, Clack, Moo is also here. Duck is in charge of delivering all kinds of interesting instructions for Farmer Brown's brother. The animals come on pizza especially ordered for them, the pigs get bubble baths, in other words, the animals have a gay old time. I love the illustrations, the pigs getting a bath are just so happy. An excellent book for children and a real good laugh for adults too.

Farmer Brown has gone on vacation, leaving his brother Bob to watch the farm, but he doesn 't know that Duck found a pencil and gives Bob new directions! Pizza for dinner, bubble baths for the pigs and movie night in the house are probably not what Farmer Brown had in mind, but the animals seem to enjoy themselves, giggling all the way to their electric blankets. This is another funny story from the creators of Click, Clack, Moo Cows That Type, with fun watercolor pictures encloping the text. If your child has a sense of humor or thinks that farm animals deserve a break, she will undoubtedly enjoy this story of farm animals living the good life.

I am reading this book to my Prep1 class and they loved it! We had to read it again and again and enjoyed looking at the things that the mischievous duck was up to on each page. It was very funny.

I 'll order a book for my 28 month old grandson every couple of weeks. We read to him then he reads to us. We found Clack Moo at the library and enjoyed it really. I found this book and started looking for it and others by the same author. You CANNOT go wrong with this book, AND the others by the same author!

It is very sturdy and strong. The pictures are fun and the story is so clear! I did not know that there was a sequel to the book Click, Clack Moo Cows That Type. This book does not disappoint Giggle, Giggle, and Quack! It has a very funny and amusing storyline, just like the first book.
