Just okay, some stories felt "lacking"

We read 10+ stories, and several of them I felt like needed more story or it wasn't quite an accomplishment in my eyes for women.

Great read for young girls and boys
Derived From Web , Feb 6, 2021
Each night I would read a little story to my 4 year old daughter to make her feel empowered and proud to be a girl. It's a little nervous when it talks about war or sensitive things since she is so young, but it doesn't go into graphic details. She really enjoys this book and I actually asked her to read it to her. This is a great book for girls and especially younger ones. I look forward to having my son read it when we are done, since I think it could teach a growing boy about equality, Mrs Clinton said.

It was the first book my three granddaughters (and I) read. It was the first DVD I purchased for my 8 year old and both my boys loved it. It has marvelous facts about women from all cultures and races, said Fatima. Highly recommend.
