The greatest manga story ever created.

I don 't have to say much. It is punpun. We now know what we are getting into and it is at it's most heartbreaking yet. And the ending is also one of the best endings, in my opinion, because it wraps everything since chapter 1. The Pegasus Curt, Harumi,seki and Shimizu,punpun and Aiko, Sachi and Yiuuchi, this is the shortest book in the series, but the best punpun gets his conclusions, which may be happy or sad depending on the kind of person you are. Punpun is without a doubt the darkest story I ever read, especially with Volume 6, but the final 2 chapters feel like all the suffering is over except for punpun, he still has his demons, but has been able to find closure. AND HOT BOI, the ending has one of the biggest final lines in manga history, with one of the most heartbreaking final lines for those who remembered Chapter 1.

One of the most unforgettable manga

Oyasumi Punpun picked up around September 2019 as a junior college student during a stressful time in my life. This manga explores a coming-of-age story with themes ranging from existential dread, depression, anxiety and the struggles of life. Inio Asano gives you the insight into the minds and experiences of each character in a way that can be dark, cold, and depressing. I couldn t stop reading, lost in its beautiful but sober story. During my college reading this manga, I was able to overcome a bit of my depression and stress. This is not a manga that should be so lightly entered. One of the most amazing story journeys I have ever read as a young adult.

I read this on a sketchy website first, and I am sure that a lot of manga readers know what website I am talking about. I loved it so much that I had to buy all the volumes and they are worth every penny. Please check this manga and also check out Inio Asano's other works, as they are also amazing.

Enough to make a grown man cry

It made me think, made me reflect on my actions though out my life. My similar personality made me look at this in a mirror when I read it. I can 't explain why, but after I cried, I felt like I was letting go. It hurts so much, but everyone has to grow up. Love is a strange thing, but I won 't change a dang thing. For the ride, thank you.

Do you think this is a happy ending?

I introduced a few people to Punpun and what I like to ask when they get to the end of it, do you think it was a happy ending? I think one of the things that makes Goodnight Punpun interesting to me is that there are different ways of interpreting not only what is going on in the more surreal moments of the story, but also the ending. Goodnight Punpun is a strange and complex story from the beginning to the end, and I like to think that this is a happy ending for our little bird-faced friend, even if he wouldn't see it in that way.
