Piano Lessons @40
Derived From Web , Apr 27, 2022
I recently began piano lessons in order to challenge and exercise my 40th year old mind. I was fortunate enough to get in touch with an amazing teacher who focuses on a strong foundation of piano, said Ms. Goin. The book is clear and basic to understand, Raymond said. My results have been steady and solid, even though I have no direct competitor.

This is a great theory book for beginners
Derived From Web , Apr 27, 2022
This book is a great introduction to quantum mechanics. There are no unnecessary pictures that distract students while they are working on assignments, he said. Each unit was thought out carefully, and follows a very logical and systematic order, he said. I use them all my students.

Not very educational
Derived From Web , Nov 3, 2020
I nearly finished the book, but it is still required for homework at my beginning piano class. If so, I would suggest that the authors open a dictionary and look up the words "fundamentals" and "theory." The book does not explain what music symbols are or why they exist. As an analogy, if I show you an integral symbol and have you practice drawing an integral, that is not the same as teaching you the fundamentals and theory of calculus. There are also a number of videos on YouTube that teach more about music theory in 10 minutes than I have learned from this book.

Concise Overall Fundamentals of Piano Theory
Derived From Web , May 24, 2020
As an adult piano learner without formal piano theory, this book is just right. The book is divided into four sections: piano theory, counterpoint, and recorder. It's a must have. Highly recommend. It's great to be back home, said Blair.

Great Theory Series
Derived From Web , Mar 10, 2020
I use it in my adult students. Those who continue to study have several levels to work through, and the series is well-written, well thought out, and extremely valuable for those students who play multiple instruments and compose music, he said. Highly recommend. It's great to be back home, said Blair.

Love them!
Derived From Web , Feb 2, 2020
I've had some really good teachers, and I love the theory textbooks. They explain clearly and simply, they provide the right amount of drilling, they present material in a logical order, and pages are attractively priced, they are moderate.
