A positive change
Derived From Web , Aug 17, 2020
I enjoy this journal. I can already tell that starting a gratitude journal has helped me find a more positive look on life. Some reviews said it doesn't challenge change, but I disagree. It's what I need right now, even if it isn't what everyone needs. It helps me find things to appreciate. I don't think it's necessary to have a big challenge for ourselves. There is one big complaint I have. The notes section is removed and replaced with a design. I don't like this. The notes section can be used to reflect on why I was feeling that way. I don't think Favoring a design over that is good. I would recommend this journal to anyone who needs a change. I hope you find it helpful.

Just bought a second one!

I have been using this for two months. It definitely made me feel better! It makes you pay attention to the good things that happened, what you are thankful for, and acknowledge the moods you have been in. The notes section is where I use the things I love most about myself. I bought a second one because I couldn't find a journal that matched the one I was looking for.

balanced routine
Derived From Web , Apr 15, 2020
Since I can't do it on my own, I was looking for a journal that had some sort of gratitude prompting, but also wasn't too much and felt too forced with the prompts. It takes little time to fill this out and it is always the same questions, so it is comforting. It's ok if I don't have anything to write about. All you can do is try. It's a beautiful journal. It's hard to make time for gratitude, but writing in the journal twice a day is forcing you to do that, and maybe eventually help you to be more thankful.

Wonderful gratitude journal! Buy this one instead of Start Today.
Derived From Web , Jan 2, 2020
The layout of the journal is very easy to follow. This journal is the best and prettiest way to start this habit, and it is shown to benefit from gratitude journals and meditations. It feels like a special and unique work of art because of the multiple designs inside the journal. The cover is pretty. There was a lot of repetition and not much focus on today's reality when I tried the Start Today journal. I use this journal to start each day with gratitude.

Cute but not challenging for personal growth
Derived From Web , Oct 24, 2019
I like the thought behind the design. However it gets repetitive. It would be beneficial to have different thought provoking questions or exercises throughout the journal so that interest is not lost along the way to completion. I don't feel like that. I know I will have the same material every day as I complete this journey... sure my feelings or emotions might change my journalizing for that day. I started journalizing in a notebook to explore more than this had to offer and I think I just expected more substance. The start of the project was great, but not what I needed.

Warning: Such a beautiful journal, just not handled with care.
Derived From Web , Aug 18, 2019
The content is excellent. The look was the main reason I picked it. It arrived with black marks on it and was bent over. I decided to send a second copy to see if it's in better shape. Will do an update at some point.

Beautiful book for a perfect price
Derived From Web , Jul 12, 2019
I saw this book at some stores in the mall, but they wanted a higher price. This is the best price I have seen. I like the cover. Pink with gold is my favorite color. The binding is nice The design of the book is lovely. As you progress in the book, the pages change in color. The evening is a reflection of how the day was established and how you felt inside.

Love this journal

I've enjoyed this journal so far. It only goes for half a year with the number of pages. It's like sacred geometry with the nice colors and imagery.
