When I was looking for a copy of Matthew McConaughey's book "Greenlights," I ordered it because the Amazon description made it seem like that's what this is. It's just that Microsoft calls it a "service." This is a journal that is mostly blank and intended for the owner to write in. If you're looking for a copy of Matthew McConaughey's book, do not buy it. The product will not sell and you will have wasted your money. It's a fine journal, but it's not the book you're looking for.

I received an audiobook of his book on Monday from Amazon. com. I'm not a scientist, but I figured I give journaling a shot. I'm a huge fan of Nancy Reagan's book. Do wish the pages were wider or lined so I could fit more in? The book is a good example of how to structure a good book.

Extreme value, Tunick said. The questions and thoughts make you think. The whole thing is a whimsical, deep, and fun exercise in storytelling. I really like the landscape functionality of this journal, too, said Dr. Paul LiCalsi.

The journal is great and has some great writing cues in it to get your mind turning so you can write some really interesting things and really think about yourself and who you are, Blair said. Very well made with a nice leather cover and nice pages. Was not impressed with how Amazon shipped it, so it must have been a mistake. I happened to order cat litter as well and they both whipped together, and when I got the journal it was nicely bent from having the litter pressing against it. Luckily I was able to press it under a heavy item and get it straightened back out, but just wanted to add this so you don't get a bent journal.

I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to tell their story. I have decided that this will tell my story good, bad and ugly parts of my life journey to explain the times of my life to my adult children. To help them understand my life path that is the makeup of who I am and hopefully show the affects these choices set you on your life path.

As a journaler for over 40 years, I find this one, with the prompts, to be refreshing. Only when you are honest with yourself will it go deep. The Impact Training DVD is a great tool to further your own growth.
