As a self-taught beginner, I really needed to up my game. Aerobics is the name of the exercise. You can start at your own pace and gradually increase in speed. It has both the tabs and the actual sheet music so you can begin to learn how to read music properly. Each week has a day practice labelled Monday-Sunday, and once I feel I have something down I move on, but if you only have 10 minutes to practice, this is an excellent book to cater to that. Great for every level of difficulty.

Excellent Book for Developing & Maintaining Guitar Technique
Derived From Web , May 4, 2022
It has been an excellent tool for them to improve their alternate picking, skipping string, arppegios and rhythm, Mr. Dhaliwal said. My class this year has advanced significantly with this book, compared to previous classes that did not have it, said Christina. We have not worked with sweep picking because it is a very difficult skill. My students have greatly improved in their playing, said music teacher Janet Grubb. However, we do one skill for two or three days instead of one every day. It also features drum accompaniments by various artists. The students, teachers and staff love playing with that CD. It really takes the drudgery out of practicing, Mr. Dhaliwal said. It's great value, and I recommend it to anyone.

I broke my ring finger while doing some OCR and was out of the game for a few months. He was still weak playing catch. Bought this to get reacquainted with my fingers. Barrenas has helped me with my pick-ups, too.

Missing audio tracks

The book has great exercises and good routines, but it's not cool that all the audio content has to be bought separately from the book. Even though I'm a novice, I can rely on your help.
