I have 8 music books right now, this one has been the easiest and most helpful because you have music notation examples coupled with the tablature and the audio tracks to play along with the examples. It starts with begiiners all the way to mote advanced. The book is very good.

Good book but photo quality is poor!
Derived From Web , Feb 2, 2022
I've had no chance to really get into the book yet, but the first thing I noticed was the photos are very poor quality. A photo of the electric guitar is so dark it almost looks like the neck of the beast. Only in the past few weeks have we seen the rest of the tapes. The company also makes books, and I expect more from it. Overall, I think this book will be very useful and informative, even if Dr. Goin has a lot to say about it.

Need easy to grasp knowledge for guitar..this is it.

Just what I needed, said Dr. Steve. O'Neill, director of the NIH Ames Research Center in California. In the year since I picked up guitar, this book has given me something I can understand. From the first page, I knew I had found everything I needed to learn how to play the guitar.

A must for beginners
Derived From Web , Apr 21, 2021
It covers chords reading, strumming and practicing with metronome. It also has sections for learning blues, rock, country and classical music. I am very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone learning guitar. Only slightly cheaper than some of the shorter books you can find on amazon. com.

Love this book!!!

As someone who has had absolutely zero experience with a guitar, this book has been my saving grace. Now I can play chords, read tab, and I'm starting to get more confident with jamming with my friend that inspired me to pick up a guitar in the first place.
