   Cute silly way to learn.
I love this book. I taught it to my son because I know that cursive writing is no longer being taught in school, and since I am now home-schooling my son it would be a great addition to his curriculum. The begging has just the letters on its own and then comes the sentences and silly pictures.

   Great for cursive practice!
It became obvious to me that my son missed out on cursive handwriting when he moved schools last year. His old school did not teach this in second grade, but his new school did so when he entered third grade. I purchase this book in order to give him a little bit of additional practice and I absolutely love the fact that it shows them how to put the words together rather than just form individual letters. With a little more practice, he will become a lot more proficient in cursive writing. Thank you!

   Great resource!
This is the best book I've found. The only one that has this feature is the one that has the arrows showing the correct way to write the letters. There is plenty of practice space and a whole page for each letter. My boys really like it, it is bright and colorful. They are 8 and 13 years old.

Great vaule and book to introduce kids to cursive writing!
It's a great way to introduce your kids to writing. My daughter is 10 years old and my son is 12. Even though it is still a challenge for him, he can still do it because the book allows you to trace the letter several times then write it on your own. He was able to get used to it. I let my daughter write words that start with the letter she is working on, just to challenge her a bit more. I recommend this book to any parent who wants their child to learn cursive writing. I want my kids to learn how to write their names in cursive.

   Excellent Cursive Handwriting Workbook
My son's third grade teacher will be teaching cursive handwriting. This is a good book to practice in. Practice for each letter. There is plenty of space to practice on the pages. The student can trace on his own with the help of the arrows and numbered steps in the alphabet letters. My son likes the large amount of space in the workbook. There are 25 pages of tracing words and 25 pages of silly sentences. It's a fun way to learn, even though it's didactic. My son is fond of it. He wanted me to write a review so other kids would know about it. This book is recommended by me.

   for my granddaughters being homeschooled.
My daughter should be able to teach her daughters and niece how to write. She didn't have a writing utensil when she was in school.

Great for self learner (4th grade to 5th)
It's been a few years since I learned how to write in cursive and my kid wanted to learn it. We used this book during the summer to teach him my bad habits. I believe our school teaches cursive in 3rd grade. Several 3rd graders are interested in learning cursive since they're pretty much sufficient readers and they're coming across just a few words they can't read. The kid did one page daily. It only takes a few minutes. By the end of the summer, he was done with reading and writing. His penmanship still needs some work but he is very proud that he can read random words. If your child is interested, I would highly recommend this book. It's easy to use and not overwhelming. It's perfect for kids who are self-motivated.

   Great Buy
My daughter and I both like this book. This is the second book I have bought. My daughter finished the first one so fast that I decided to copy a few pages.

Good books, but I only got 28!
The books were ordered for use in the classroom. The books are a little basic for students who have already been introduced to cursive, as most of the book consists of letters and there are a few pages at the end that ask students to write complete sentences. It will make for a great review for fast-finishers to practice their cursive lettering. I only got 28 books, and not the 30 that I ordered. I have a large class so I'm not sure I can use the 2 books from my order this year. ().

My 9 year old granddaughter is writing in the book. She wants one to stay at her house. Will be ordering a new one.
