This is probably the best programming experience I've had with any language. I just finished chapter 13 of this book last night, and I am very impressed with the carefully chosen topic and the offbeat teaching style, Raymond said. It did a great deal to help keep me focused, he said. I am very likely to look at other Head First programming books, because I really feel that JavaScript is off to a great start, he said. After you read each chapter you either know you have it, or you know you need to go through it again. There were three or four chapters in which I went through twice because the concepts were tricky or complex. For these, I felt like the second read was enough and I really got it. Really good book.

I loved this book

I've read all the books except for this one. Never before have I read a book on programming that was as easy for beginners to do real JavaScript coding from the html up.

Amazing book to get into the language! Easy read!
Derived From Web , May 1, 2022
Halfway through reading this book, I am almost finished. This book is a great introduction to the game of Dungeons and Dragons. This book makes it very easy to transition into a new language, even if you have no prior programming experience. If it has this writing style, I will be buying other books in the series.

Easy to Read

It was easy to consume, as it was well organized and clear, said Dr. Pepper. This course is recommended for beginners or those looking to brush up on their Spanish.

The entire book is now available on Amazon. com. Not my first computer language, but the book does a great job of highlighting the details of JavaScript and even a little bit of htmlcss. However, the book needs to be updated to include nodejs.

The book is by far the best I have read. Note the contrast between the book and the Javascript client.

Head First JavaScript by Elisabeth Robson and Eric Freeman: A good way to learn JavaScript.
Derived From Web , Sep 5, 2020
Like most schools, I like their learning style. Crosswords, Exercises and Quizzo are all part of the "What's Up?" series. They have a very good section on JavaScript Objects. It's great to see that the copyright was cleared in 2014,.. It's great to see that the copyright was cleared in 2014. The second part of the story says the book was written in 2013. JavaScript has had security problems before. New windows would be welcome. Such a massive effort would take years to execute, he said. A book of this magnitude is worth its price, even if the author is not.

This comic book doesn’t teach JavaScript
Derived From Web , May 15, 2020
Not sure what this book is supposed to be, but you can't learn JavaScript from it. This book is so difficult to learn from, and I don't even think it's TRYING to teach anything, Sosa said. This book is sort of like someone is having a conversation with you about JavaScript — but not actually teaching you how to use it, he said. They just throw out some cool words here and there to impress you, but don't actually teach you anything. Just about everything about this movie is right: the plot is well-told, the cinematography is good, and the voice is great. Amazon will be re-releasing the book on June 5.

This is a book about JavaScript...not using JavaScript with HTML or CSS.
Derived From Web , May 14, 2020
It's a beginner's book and would suit a younger or very inexperienced programming audience, and it's about the JavaScript language, so it just occasionally interacts with HTML elements or CSS." It mostly uses alert and prompt, or just plain hard-coded static data. The exercises are relatively easy, and they go into some depth on JavaScript objects. However, it doesn't do much with interacting with HTML elements. It's just that Microsoft doesn't make money off of patents.
